Impeccably clean and stunningly beautiful hotel, amicable staff and incredible rooms. Beautiful building and rooms with a jetted tub. The location nice and marvellous right on the river. Also - just off beautiful nature, downtown, and two trains.

Booked a room with a jetted tub. There were coffee/tea making equipment, an oven, and glassware upon arrival. Magnificent location of the hotel near train tracks with two trains per night.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, the room was beautifully maintained. The staff were constantly very friendly and wonderfully friendly. Loved our rooms with a jetted tub. Having a shower, hair dryers, and a spa bathtub was a bonus.

The rooms - beautiful, incredible with a jetted tub, a carafe for water and a coffee maker & a carafe for water. Good choice of options, appetising food. Location: amazing and great, so close to train tracks with two trains per night, and all the attractions of Hot Springs. Great way to end our christmas.

Had a pleasant stay here. I liked the place, it was impeccably clean & the staff were very amiable and incredibly friendly. The food I tried was amazing and they have good choice of meals to choose from.

The location was exceptionally nice, right on the river, convenient to go everywhere. We had a double room with a jetted tub. Everyone was helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

Peaceful, magnificent location in Hot Springs, just off restaurants, two trains per night and all the attractions of Hot Springs. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. It has great, excellent setting, not far from the stream, Asheville, and train tracks. Besides, Hot Springs Resort and Spa is 5 minutes' drive away. I would definitely stop here again, appreciated the christmas.
